Eleanor Lamb is a central figure in the tragic history of Rapture, serving as both a victim of its scientific hubris and a catalyst for its final downfall. After Ryan left, Sofia raised Eleanor with the intent to create a 'perfect' child capable of reshaping society through genetic manipulation. To achieve this, Sofia subjected the young girl to massive doses of ADAM, intending to use her as a vessel for her own consciousness and ideology. This process granted Eleanor immense power but also trapped her in the body of a child, forcing her into the role of a Little Sister under Sofia's control.
